Rules and Policies
to ensure a safe and positive lodging experience please adhere to the following Rules and Policies
Rights and obligations of our Guests, are based on section 384 of the Civil Code and the Tourism Law, and are an integral part of the contract with "Alufol".
a. Oral or written (via e-mail) reservation by the guest and oral or written confirmation by management.
b. Deposit is required (equal to at least 30% of total). By providing it the party enters the contract and accepts Rules and Policies.
c. "Alufol" – upon receipt of deposit – will send an invoice to the guest with a confirmation.
d. A guest cancelling the reservations has a right to transfer it to another party by providing a written statement.
e. By entering into a contract the client hereby agrees to have their personal data recorded and accessed for the purpose of the realization of a reservation and a stay in the hotel.
a. Rates are contractual prices and include VAT.
b. Deposit must be received within four business days. Payment can be made via a bank transfer or postal (money) order. If payment is not received in time, “Alufol” reserves a right to cancel the reservation.
c. The remaining balance (total less deposit) must be paid upon arrival. Invoice will be provided upon payment.
d. “Alufol” reserves a right to terminate the contract and refusal to provide services for non-payment.
e. There is no refund for unused services or accommodations.
a. Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out time is 11:00 on the departure day.
b. All guests are required to follow house rules (night time peace and quiet from 22:00 to 7:00), government safety (BHP) and fire regulations.
c. We ask for your cooperation with ensuring all doors and windows are closed when leaving the room.
d. Guests are responsible and obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
e. Pets must not disturb other guests. Up-to-date vaccination records are required for all animals. All dogs must remain on a leash and wear a muzzle.
f. n case of any issues regarding the quality of our service, cleanliness, and operation of the equipment, please contact the manager on duty.
g. "Alufol" nor "Przy Skalkach" Inn are not liable for any valuables left in your room, on the premises or deposited at the reception. Including (but not limited to): cash, securities, jewelry, gemstones, documents, coin collections, stamp collections, art pieces or other valuable, antique or unique items. Our parking lot is unsecured and the Holiday House shall not be liable for any damage or theft of your vehicle or property.
h. Smoking in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas.
i. Management reserves a right to remove anyone causing or threatening disturbance to other guests.
a. In matters not covered by the Rules and Policies, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code and Tourist Law will apply.
b. The following Rules and Policies apply from January 1, 2009.
